Mission: The Acacia community family health centers offer medical diagnosis and care, information and health education, and wellness for all ages. We are particular attentive to children, women, seniors, and managing chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, hepatitis, and HIV. Our highly skilled bilingual health team includes doctors, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and health educators. Working together they listen to their patients to understand their needs and provide better health care. The centers are licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most other insurance plans. Walk-ins Welcome!

Most of the Acacia Network health centers are members of the Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). BCHN supports access to affordable, quality, and comprehensive health care at member health centers. Anyone who needs health care is welcome regardless of the ability to pay. Acacia Network is also proud to offer the Charles A. Laporte Mobile Primary Health Care Clinic. The van is licensed by the NYS Department of Health, equipped with two examination rooms, and provides care for all ages. The van serves communities throughout New York City.
