Machinery and Vehicles Needed in Haiti
Needs assessed by the scouting team

These requests came in from the EFCA TouchGlobal Crisis Response team members. They are on the ground in Haiti scouting out the immediate needs and strategizing the needs from future teams to help the people of Haiti. Help mobilize the rebuilding by donating these items:
Donations of items or monetary gifts needed for the following:

* A 2003 Mitsubishi Fuso Crew Cab diesel flat bed truck or a 2003 Ford F-450 crew cab utility body truck. Both would be converted to/or need to have dump beds installed on them. The trucks are $10000 each and the dump beds are approx $2500- 3500 plus installation.
* A Takauchi TB 135 Mini excavator with 360 hrs on it - $20000.
* A Komatsu PC35 Mini excavator with 2700 hrs - $10000.
* A Honda 500 XL on/off road motorcycle with less than 1000 miles on it - $1500.
* Craftsman Mechanics tool sets. MFG #35283 tool set with #46410 tool set or MFG #41190 tool set with a #87748 storage box.

Machinery and vehicles needed in Haiti

* F450 Diesel dually flat bed with goose neck.
* 22’-24’ Gooseneck trailer (16,000 lbs capacity min).
* F-250/350 Pick-up with 8’ bed and ladder racks.
* 8’ and 12’ enclosed trailers.
* Ford F-250 crew cab, long bed, 4x4 with 7.3 liter diesel engine in decent shape. If the vehicle’s reliability is questionable on American roads, it will never hold up to the rough terrain of Haiti’s unpaved roads.
* Isuzu cab over style diesel large box van.
* 250cc or bigger dirt bike- road legal with lights and turn signals.
* Flat bed trailer, 14 -18 foot.
* Chains and binders for trailer.
* Backhoe and/or skid loader with backhoe attachment.
* Grapple, jackhammer attachments.
* Generators- Diesel-5KW or larger.
* Large air compressors and related attachments - jack hammers, hoses.
* Mini excavators with grapple bucket.
* Skid loaders.
* VSAT Communications system.
* Concrete Tools and Equipment.
o Cement mixer.
o Mortar mixer.
o Block press.
o Power tamper.
o Vibrator.
o Hand tools and floats.

* Tires: All tires should be as heavy ply as possible for dealing with the lack of good roads in Haiti. 4- 245-75R-17" tires
2- or more 235-85R16" tires
8- 245-75R-16" tires
5 - 225-70R-15" tires and one 15" rim for jeep. All tires should be as heavy ply as possible for dealing with the lack of good roads in Haiti.

Machinery and vehicles already provided:

* Ford E-350 Diesel 15 passenger van. Received one 11 passenger van and one 15 passenger van.
* Diesel pickup truck - Supplied by God.
* Fuel bladders and 50 gallon tank with hose. Received four truckbed mounted 110 gal tanks.
* Generators- Diesel-5KW or larger. Received one-3KW.
* Ford f-350 or 450/ or Isuzu cab over style diesel dump truck,11,000 lb-.16,000 lb. Received F-350 Stake body truck.
* Temporary housing – large military tents/mobile units. Two are en route.
