Meals, Congregate Feeding, Meals available at C.R.O.S. (Christians Reaching Out to Society Ministries, Inc)

The Caring Kitchen:

The Caring Kitchen is our hot meal program in Delray Beach
located at 196 NW 8th Ave., two blocks north of Atlantic
Ave. The program has added numerous services such as job search
assistance and referrals to human service and social service
agencies in an effort to move people to self-sufficiency. All
of The Caring Kitchen programs are carried out primarily with
donated food and volunteers.

Lunch Program

Each weekday 180-200 meals are served to homeless and
near homeless individuals and families, people with low
incomes, senior citizens, and children. Lunch time is
11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Evening Meal Program

Three evenings a week volunteers serve an evening meal at
The Caring Kitchen. Over 50 people are served each Monday,
Wednesday, and Thursday evening from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m.
