Volunteers, Individual Volunteers (This facility accomodates Individuals Volunteers) needed by First Baptist Church

The cost is $10/person per night. Example. You have a total
of 12 people coming for 3 nights – your cost would be $10x12x3
= $360

We prefer that your sponsoring church issue one check for all
members of your group. If this is not possible we would like
to encourage you to pay by personal check instead of cash.
All checks should be made payable to First Baptist Church Bay
St. Louis– please note “Room and Board” on the memo line.

You may be wondering why we have to charge at all. Honestly,
we hate to have to charge your team anything. The amount we are
asking for is only to cover what we are being charged for food.
We have setup an account with a food service company and were
told that our average cost would be $10 per person per day.
If by chance, there is any amount left over, the amount will be
used to offset the other additional costs of housing volunteers.
