How to Get Help
If you have a need, please contact the church office. For us to better assist you, please download the Disaster Response Client Intake Form, complete the information requested, and return it to the church office. This will allow us to assist you with gutting or rebuilding your home as we are able. We will also need the Homeowner Release of Liability Form before our volunteers can work in your home.
