Volunteers Welcome!
Over 500 devoted volunteers work at FOOD Share's Oxnard headquarters in varied roles throughout the year.

Volunteers ensure that all food is sorted, packed and ready to go. They fill 1,900 brown bags with groceries weekly for low-income seniors. Volunteers make sure deliveries are on the road every weekday and much more.

Our Gleaners harvest the rich Ventura County farmlands daily, a 29-year tradition of collecting fresh fruits and vegetables for distribution to the Hungry.
