Supported Employment

Employment services are provided to individuals with pre-vocational and vocational training needed for supported employment. Work activity, job skills training and supportive employment are designed to increase worker independence, productivity and retention in a semi-competitive or competitive job placement.

Types of supported employment may include individual placement into a job, working as a part of a mobile work crew or beginning their own business.
