Terra talked to Evan. They want to be volunteer coordinators. Not clear
how many people they've got, or if they actually get their hands dirty or
not.
Not sure if it's an "official" outshoot of the Common Ground people
in Louisiana or not. But then again, CG is so loosely organized,
perhaps it doesn't matter. Perhaps anyone can establish a CG operation
anywhere. Wouldn't that be nice...
