Americhelp also known as AHAMES is a Non Profit, Non Governmental Organization (NGO) registered with the IRS under the name AHAMES, & recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization.The Organization is also registered in Haiti as AHAAMES, a Not For Profit NGO. Its mission is to make healthcare accessible to the neglected areas of Haiti and to initiate in those rural communities livelihood enhancement projects for economic development. To achieve these goals, and deliver results, Ahaames currently intervenes in the following four specific areas:

Medical Field:
To ensure the efficiency of our medical services, AHAMES provides a one stop shopping medical care to the patients, saving them commuting cost, time, and eliminating the risk to get involved in an accident while running errand to get those services. We maintain a medical staff of 15 so that patients seeking medical care can have access on site to the following services:

1- Ultrasound 2- EKG
3- X-Ray 4- Medication
5- Laboratory Exams

In addition to the above services, Ahaames provides support to other medical centers and rural clinics to maintain their services. The organization offers medical care to the population of Fontamara and its vicinities and distributes medications to various healthcare centers in rural areas.
