notes: From the site LTel 9/9/12: 9/7/12 – For the past several days, our team has been hard at work on the ground in Gulfport, MS, continuing assessments and doing field work to repair damage to homes in the area. It has been HOT! That’s an improvement, though, over the torrential rains and flooding that accompanied Hurricane Isaac. With the help of local volunteers and our partner NECHAMA, we are making good progress toward helping residents restore their homes and lives. During this rapid response phase, All Hands is making use of volunteers provided through local resources.
