**other hobbies and interests: professional cycling/racing, sexual health
education and reproductive justice!**
Current age-range is 22 to 31. We include a range of self-educated folks to
people with degrees.
The room that is open is the largest of the house's single bedrooms, and
has two large windows and two closets. One of the closets is a standard
size, the other is larger with a storage nook where it's convenient to
store luggage and storage bins. This is also a quieter room since it does
not face the train station. The room is large enough for a queen bed (at
least), and fits several bookshelves, dressers, and other shelves easily.
There is also a small window ledge that could function as a reading nook,
or an extra storage spot. The room is right across from the laundry room
which is super convenient! It gets good light during the day, and at night
you can watch the sunset and see the Prudential center in the distance as
you are laying in bed. Some furniture may be in the room for you to use but
can be moved out if needed. Rent is $690/month plus utilities (~$30/month).
*We are looking for someone who is interested in being an active house
member, who wants to challenge oppression and privilege in themselves and
the world around them. We strongly encourage people of color, women,
queers, and transfolks to apply. We like pro-active people who take
initiative on house projects! *
We prefer long-term housemates, but might consider short-term ones too.
